I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve it! Sowray is truly a five star, gold standard company. They came to my rescue immediately when I had a major structural issue at the house. Heather and Thomas identified the work to be done, gave an estimate and scheduled the job quickly. This was so unlike other contractors that I called, many of whom didn't even call me back! Because of the work to be done, my project took a couple months to complete but Sowray's team were so pleasant to have at the house and I always felt that I was in good hands. Heather handled every detail with my insurance company & I never had to become involved. I could go on in praise but in short, Thomas, Heather, Santiago and the whole team are true professionals with extensive knowledge about construction, repairs and renovations. They arrive on the job when they promise, are workman like in skill and truly care about their clients. They take a personal interest and care for the needs presented. I highly recommend this true family run company and I will call on them for any of my upcoming projects.

Great experience with these guys and gals. We did have issues with subcontractors, but they resolved them completely. They do it correctly, and take no cheap shortcuts! They will stand by their work and make you happy regardless.

As a local Realtor I have had clients use SowRay construction for quotes and labor in their properties. They have always been professional, timely and very thorough. In our current market it is hard to get contractors out for quotes and work but not the case with these folks! I would highly recommend them for remodels and other repairs!

So many things I love about this company, but mostly that they communicate, return calls and emails, and they show up. Quality of work is 2nd to none.
